Request for Proposals for Project Management Services

Applegate Valley Rural Fire Protection District #9 is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional Project Management and Owner’s Representative services for the Station 51 Expansion Project. The project includes construction of an apparatus bay addition and expansion of existing facilities at Station 51.

Interested firms are invited to attend a Voluntary Pre-Proposal Meeting scheduled for May 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Station 51, Medford, Oregon. Location: 18489 N Applegate Rd., Grants Pass, OR 97527.

Proposals shall be submitted by firms that meet the qualifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document. All interested firms must submit a proposal pursuant to the requirements set forth in the RFP. Proposals shall be delivered to:

Water Specialist

Applegate Fire District is seeking motivated Water Supply Specialists to join our ranks and play a vital role in protecting our rural community nestled in the scenic Applegate Valley.

As a Water Supply Specialist, you’ll be a key player in emergency response—setting up and managing critical water supply sites that keep our firefighting operations flowing. Whether it’s drafting from rural water sources or supporting tender shuttle operations, your efforts ensure firefighters have the resources they need when seconds count.
