NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION

On Wednesday, February 19th at 4pm, the District Board will meet in executive session at the Applegate Valley Fire District Training Building. This executive session will be called under ORS 192.660(2)(h) To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation.

On Wednesday, February 19th at 4pm the District Board will meet in executive session at the Applegate Valley Fire District Training Building (located at 1095 Upper Applegate Road in Jacksonville, Oregon). To review and evaluate the employment-related performance of the Fire Chief, pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(i).
